Give credit me for the design when you use it, when possible (if links can be followed to find me then its fine, for ex: your toyhou.se is linked in a carrd linked in your bio, which has my credit on the character page)

Once its yours, you can make as many edits as you want to the design

You can resell at the same price or lower (or gift), if there's no extra art. If the adopt has extra art, add the value of that art to the resell price (im not sure how to design this rule better lmao. anyway im just saying dont buy my adopts just to resell them for profit)

if the owner of the design ever changes, please contact me through one of these methods. i will respond when i see it, so if there is no response i would appreciate if you tried other places as well, but you wont be obligated to.

commercial use without my permission is prohibited. uh if you want to use them for commercial purposes please run it by me so we can discuss a commercial fee. i don't really know how to deal with this sorry so ill deal with it if it comes up.

if i dont finish the piece within a year, i will give you a full refund and send you the unfinished piece

no refunds after im done. if i've sent you 0-1 wip, ask me for one and i will give you a full refund.

if you would like a refund after the 2nd wip, the piece hasnt been completed, and it's been less than a year since the commission was ordered, then we can decide on an amount for a partial refund and you will be sent the unfinished piece

give me credit for the art whenever used publicly as long as theres somewhere to put the credit.

dont use my art for AI training or anything involving AI really
